Asking for help is the first important step. It gives substance to your desire for change, and makes concrete your wish to feel better about yourself and about your weight. The act of asking says that you need and are, indeed, entitled to effective support to reach your goals.

Consultations & Programmes

BELL Consulting Services provide either 6 or 12-week online, one-to-one video consultations. Alternatively, we also offer a 10-week small group programme. All these sessions will enable you to understand what you are currently eating, empower you to make better dietary and lifestyle decisions, and optimise your health and wellbeing.

We help you to end emotional eating, binge eating, compulsive overeating etc., and to stop patterns of self-sabotage when trying to lose weight.

Each of our programmes are designed to meet your particular needs. The sessions last either 90, 60 or 30 minutes (depending on the programme and the week number you are at). Our consultants will also make themselves available between sessions should you require more support.

After all your sessions you will receive summary notes from your call as well as a number of useful ‘Information Sheets.’ These bite-sized chunks of information are personalised to you and your needs and will be relevant to your call and/or your next session.

These informative sheets will allow us to pace your learning in a way that will help and support whilst not overwhelming you.

Sessions are available seven days a week from 6am to 8pm so that they will best fit in with your lifestyle.

  • Explore your health timeline to better understand your current situation.
  • Assess any relevant medical issues that may require further investigation.
  • Recommend dietary changes to optimise nutrition, eating a wide variety of foodstuffs to best meet your wellness needs.

  • Suggest a supplement plan, where necessary, to address deficiencies beyond the levels that can be obtained from diet alone.
  • Advise on any lifestyle changes which will help you balance your energy and increase your vitality.
  • Suggest useful tips to help you better control your food portions.
  • Understand your relationship with food and how that makes you feel, both now and how it has impacted you in the past.
  • Advise how to separate your emotions from your eating.
  • Understand your triggers to self-sabotaging behaviours and advise on strategies to manage these and help you escape the diet trap.
  • Suggest how to lay down new behaviour pathways to enable a long-term healthier relationship with food and eating.

It is, of course, possible to make headway on your own but the gains you make may too often prove temporary. Many people can only force themselves to be disciplined for so long before their willpower begins to drain away and they risk falling back into old habits.

Having accountability for your actions will help you transform new ideas into lasting behaviours that will shape a new slimmer and healthier you.

The key to unlocking your power of accountability is having a person beyond your friends and family to whom you are accountable. That person could be one of our friendly and supportive consultants. You will work with the same consultant throughout your programme with us.

We will monitor your weight weekly and your food intake daily to help you re-balance yourself into the slimmer, healthier person you really want to be.
